Before building anything, we ask a client to name the decision the model is meant to change, who makes it, and what they do today without it. If that cannot be answered, the work is a demonstration rather than a system.
Where it does pay
Document extraction against invoices and technical submissions removes hours of transcription and is measurable against the manual baseline.
Procurement pattern detection surfaces rate variation across suppliers that nobody has time to look for. Both change what somebody does next, which is the only test that matters.
